    I've never gotten excited about a bank before, but I have to say, WAMU at Century Square is fantastic! Their customer service is always really personal and friendly. They go way above and beyond the call of duty to make my business…

    Pros: Friendly, professional and personal customer service. Cons: More banks aren't like this one.
